Please ensure that all recipient information is entered accurately, including recipient's full name and apartment, condominium and/or suite number where applicable. Incorrect shipping information may result in a delay of delivery and/or additional fees from the carrier, which will be charged to the purchaser.
If a gift is returned due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information, the purchaser will be contacted immediately to provide an alternate shipping address. Consequently, the purchaser may be required to pay additional shipping charges for reshipment in addition to a 15% handling fee.
Divine Design Gift Baskets inspects all gift baskets prior to shipping. If your parcel appears to have been opened,damaged or tampered with, please contact us so we can make a claim with our carrier and arrange for a new parcel to be delivered at no charge, or offer you a full refund. We require that all damaged products be reported within 3 days of delivery. Refunds will be issued upon inspection of returned items.
We can not extend our Satisfaction Guarantee to orders for which we are given an incorrect or incomplete address.
